The department is open Monday to Friday, and telephones are manned from 8.30am-5pm. A voicemail facility is available if no one is able to take your call or you call outside of these hours. Please leave a message including your child’s name and a contact number and someone will call you back as soon as possible.

Appointments at City of Coventry Health Centre

Parking:

Pay and display car parking is available on the City of Coventry Health Centre site. There are other car parks available within close walking distance. For appointments at other venues, please contact the venue directly for parking information. New appointments will generally take an hour to complete and follow ups between half an hour and an hour.

Public transport:

There are many public transport options available to reach us at the City of Coventry Health Centre. The nearest train station is 20 minutes walk and the bus station is 5 minutes walk. There are many local buses passing the hospital, for more information click here .

Directions to the department:

You can access the health centre from both Howard Street Car Park and Stoney Stanton Road. To get to the children and young people’s physiotherapy department, use the stairs or lifts to the fourth floor.
