Meet the Team!

We are a team of qualified Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants who have specialist knowledge and experience in child development. We specialise in assessment and treatment of physical development in children and young people. We aim to improve the quality of life for children and young people in Coventry by helping them to develop their functional ability and mobility to achieve their full potential.

All qualified Physiotherapists working in our service are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

How is the service organised?

The physiotherapy team cover a caseload of 0-19 and have a variety of specialist areas including:

• Early Years

• Special Schools

• Long term neurological conditions

• Neuromuscular conditions

• Musculoskeletal

• Respiratory

Where do we work?

We are based at the City of Coventry Health Centre (see contact details). Here we offer clinic appointments and group sessions. We also see children and young people within a variety of other settings including own homes, education settings and other NHS settings. The input that is required from our service will determine the best environment to see the child/young person.

How can I access the service?

To access our service your child or young person will need to be referred by a healthcare professional, such as GP, Consultant, Health Visitor or other Allied Health Professional.
